Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in compensation, salary benchmarking, internal equity and remuneration strategy.
• Proven experience in performance management, including KPI setting and talent reviews.
• Experienced in executive recruitment and direct headhunting, including sourcing passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group-wide HR strategies aligned with business growth and priorities.
• Review salary structures, job grades and remuneration practices to ensure equity and market competitiveness.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to identify pay gaps and retention risks.
• Design and enhance salary bands, bonus structures, and incentive schemes.
• Partner with management on annual salary reviews, promotions and remuneration decisions.
• Develop performance metrics, KPIs and appraisal frameworks to assess employee contribution.
• Conduct talent reviews to identify high performers and succession candidates.
• Develop retention strategies for high-performing employees.
• Support management in development, promotion, redeployment, or exits.
• Build talent pipelines and succession plans for leadership roles.
• Lead executive and strategic recruitment for critical positions across the Group.
• Identify and approach high-performing candidates, including passive talent.
