Job summary

Michael Page International Pte Ltd is seeking a Chief Legal & Compliance Officer for a growing healthcare business in Singapore. The role will provide strategic legal guidance to senior management on commercial, regulatory and corporate matters, and drive the development of governance frameworks across multiple entities.

You will review contracts, lead risk management programmes and partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent policy implementation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Legal & Compliance Officer should have:

• Degree-qualified professional with substantial experience in legal, compliance, corporate governance or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device or other highly regulated industries
• Strong understanding of corporate legal matters, regulatory requirements and risk management principles
• Proven experience developing and implementing compliance frameworks, policies and governance processes
• Track record of advising senior executives on complex legal and compliance matters
• Experience collaborating with regional or international stakeholders in a matrix organisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organisational levels
• Demonstrated ability to balance commercial objectives with regulatory and ethical requirements
• High level of integrity, professionalism and sound business judgement
