Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Hospitality, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years in management with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in scaling multi-location operations and revenue growth.
• Strong experience in P&L, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic direction and long-term growth.
• Lead overall business performance across revenue, profitability, and operations.
• Oversee operations across all locations for quality and efficiency.
• Drive expansion domestically and internationally through partnerships.
• Develop new revenue streams and competitive initiatives.
• Manage risks, budgets, and resource allocation with Board oversight.
