Job summary

Tolaram Pte. Ltd. seeks a Managing Director, Fintech & Infrastructure to lead the group’s digital lending and fintech platform across markets.

You will shape strategy, oversee product launches, and champion technology-enabled credit decisioning and customer journeys. The role requires a proven track record in senior leadership within digital lending or fintech, and experience partnering with banks, fintechs, and technology providers.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in digital lending or fintech platforms.
Proven ability to build or scale digital lending/online lending platforms.
Strong understanding of credit lifecycle and regulatory requirements in digital financial services.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategy for the Group’s digital lending and fintech platform across markets.
Build and launch new digital lending products and optimize onboarding, credit assessment and servicing.
Drive AI, data analytics, automation to improve credit decisions and customer experience.
Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships with banks, fintechs and technology providers.
Establish scalable processes and monitor KPIs to drive growth, efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial services, data protection and regulatory requirements.
Engage senior leadership to present opportunities and investment proposals.
