Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior management roles.
• Experience building or scaling digital lending/online loan platforms.
• Strong understanding of the digital lending lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, KYC, credit assessment, underwriting, decisioning, disbursement, collections.
• Experience with AI, data analytics, automation and tech-enabled credit decisioning.
• Experience working with banks, fintechs, payment providers, credit bureaus and technology partners.
• Good understanding of regulatory, risk and governance in digital financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s strategy for digital lending and fintech platform.
• Build and launch new digital lending products and improve end-to-end customer journey.
