Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an accomplished finance leader to take ownership of the finance function and ensure continuity after the CFO transition. The role oversees treasury, reporting, and controls, with responsibilities across RTO and capital-market activities.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of senior finance leadership in an SGX-listed environment, strong governance knowledge, and a track record in fundraising and strategic finance. Singapore-based relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 12+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Direct senior finance leadership experience within an SGX-listed company.
• Experience with listed-company reporting, annual reports, audits, Board/Audit Committee support, internal controls and regulatory deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS(I), group consolidation, taxation, cash-flow management, SGX reporting and governance.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong operational finance experience in an inventory and working-capital-intensive business.
• Experience as CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director or Group Financial Controller is highly advantageous.
• Experience with Catalist, small-cap or newly listed companies is strongly preferred.
• Automotive, retail, distribution, consumer or mobility sector experience is advantageous.
• Strong exposure to fundraising, banking negotiations, working-capital facilities or investor engagement is preferred.
• Prior RTO, IPO or major capital-markets transaction experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership, commercial judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Singapore-based or able to relocate promptly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the finance function and ensure continuity following the CFO transition.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, payments, collections, payroll, tax, banking and financing facilities.
• Lead monthly closing, consolidated management accounts, budgets, forecasts and CEO/Board reporting.
• Strengthen controls across inventory, receivables, payables and working capital.
• Oversee statutory audit, tax, GST and regulatory reporting.
• Assess and develop the finance team, structure and reporting processes.
• Lead the finance workstream for the proposed RTO alongside the CEO, Board and professional advisers.
• Coordinate with sponsors, financial advisers, auditors, reporting accountants, legal counsel, tax advisers and other stakeholders.
• Lead preparation and verification of historical and pro forma financial information, forecasts and transaction-related financial materials.
• Support financial modelling, valuation scenarios, capital structure, fundraising requirements and post-transaction funding needs.
• Ensure financial information used for due diligence, transaction documents and Board materials is accurate and consistent.
• Support negotiations on financial terms and transaction-related matters.
• Establish robust finance processes aligned with SGX-listed company requirements.
• Strengthen financial, operational, compliance and IT controls.
• Develop appropriate risk registers, authority matrices, delegation limits and related-party transaction controls.
• Support the Board and Audit Committee with financial analysis, reporting and risk updates.
• Establish post‑RTO reporting, audit, budgeting and regulatory submission calendars.
• Lead liquidity planning, working‑capital management and capital allocation.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, investors and other capital providers.
• Oversee financing facilities and covenant compliance.
• Partner with the CEO and senior management on business planning and investment decisions.
• Analyse gross margin, inventory ageing, showroom performance, funding costs and return on capital.
• Strengthen financial controls across the automotive sales and delivery cycle.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team.
• Build clear accountability and succession depth within the function.
• Communicate effectively with the CEO, Board, shareholders, advisers, lenders and operating teams.
