Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is looking for a Chief Engineer to oversee hard services and engineering operations on-site in Singapore for a banking client under an IFM contract. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage CMMS platforms, and ensure safety, compliance, and reliability in critical environments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services engineering and 5–8 years of facilities management experience, preferably in banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in facilities management or critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hard services operations for a banking client under an IFM contract.
• Lead CMMS administration, preventive maintenance schedules and compliance reporting.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians with 24/7 coverage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, permit-to-work, safety and risk assessments.
