Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks an experienced Assistant Facilities Operations Engineer to join our facilities management team in Singapore. The role requires hands-on experience with building operations, maintenance management, and project coordination, along with knowledge of HSE regulations and building codes.

You will oversee daily operations, manage MEP systems, supervise technicians and contractors, and maintain accurate logs in Corrigo CMMS while coordinating project scopes, budgets, and

Qualifikationen

Technical certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or related field.
Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, or BOC are highly preferred.
Experience with local HSE regulations and building codes.

Aufgaben

Oversee daily building operations and maintain MEP systems to ensure optimal performance.
Plan, coordinate and oversee facility improvement projects, budgets and timelines.
Develop cost analyses, manage vendor negotiations and purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and building codes.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment logs in CMMS.
