Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future-ready built environment for Singapore. We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.

You will be part of the team to champion and drive digital transformation for the built environment industry, involved in working with stakeholders to adopt digital technology, managing pilots, and supporting

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or construction-related discipline.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural, engineering and/or construction firms or development of large projects.
• Experience with change management, process improvement, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive digital transformation for the built environment industry.
• Work with stakeholders to adopt latest digital technology and develop solutions to support the built environment.
• Manage pilot projects and assess and evaluate the implementation of new and emerging technologies.
• Support the formulation and implementation of industry-wide digital solutions to support regulatory functions.
• Develop practice guides/standards to guide the preparation of submissions.
