Job summary

Singapore Exchange Limited is seeking a senior security engineering leader to oversee DevSecOps, platform engineering and architecture in a high-availability environment.

You will lead engineering teams, drive secure SDLC practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to balance risk, compliance and speed. A strong background in cloud platforms and security standards is essential for delivering secure, pragmatic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in DevSecOps, security engineering, platform engineering or technology leadership in high-availability environments.
• Proven ability to lead projects, workstreams or engineering teams with accountability for outcomes, stakeholder alignment, risk management and execution quality.
• Hands-on knowledge of secure SDLC, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, SCA, container security, secrets management, compliance-as-code and policy-as-code.
• Experience with IAM, encryption, secure configuration, vulnerability management, incident response and security standards (OWASP, NIST, CIS Benchmarks).
• Strong communication and leadership to guide teams toward secure, pragmatic outcomes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security or related discipline; relevant cloud, DevOps, security or architecture certifications advantageous.
