SGX Group is seeking a SVP, Head of Developer Experience (DevEx) in Singapore to lead DevSecOps across Market Engineering. You will set security and automation standards, drive enterprise‑scale delivery, and guide engineering direction with senior stakeholders.

You will oversee CI/CD, IaC, platform engineering, and tooling, advancing DevEx initiatives and secure, resilient product delivery at scale. Strong leadership and deep security expertise are essential.

Formación

• Significant experience in DevSecOps and security engineering within complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams with high management visibility.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of secure SDLC, CI/CD, container security, and policy‑as‑code.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise CI/CD standards and automation practices.
• Establish IaC standards and platform automation capabilities.
• Lead DevSecOps standards and security automation patterns.
• Drive developer experience initiatives and engineering enablement.
• Lead platform engineering practices and capabilities.
• Own environment strategy and self‑service adoption.
• Define engineering tooling standards and governance.
• Lead enterprise workflow automation programmes.
• Establish policy‑as‑code and compliance automation standards.
• Lead DevOps capability development and standardisation across teams.
• Design reusable agentic platform services to reduce toil and integrate into CI/CD, cloud, environment, security, and observability workflows.
• Provide senior security architecture input, threat modelling and secure design guidance.
