Handlecustomercomplaints,feedback,andspecialrequestsprofessionally.

3.StaffManagement

Recruit,train,supervise,andjuniorcookandkitchenassistant.

Conductstaffbriefings,performancereviews,andprovidecoaching.

EnsureallstafffollowservicestandardsandSOPs.

4.Financial&InventoryManagement

Monitordailysalesand

managebudgets,costcontrol,foodwastage,andprofitability.

Overseepurchasing,inventorychecks,andstockcontrol.

5.Menu&QualityControl

Workwithjuniorcookandteamonmenuplanningandad-hocstallsectionpromotions.

Ensurefoodquality,presentation,andportionconsistency.

Implementqualityimprovementinitiatives.

6.Marketing&Promotion

Supportoverallcompanypromotions,events,onlinemarketing,andcustomerengagement.

Monitoronlinereviewsandmaintainapositivebrandimage.

7.Reporting

Preparedaily/weeklyoperationalandfinancialreports.

Reportissues,maintenanceneeds,andimprovementplanstomanagement.
