• Develop and execute strategic plans aligning CEO vision with principal joint business plans.
• Own revenue targets and drive in-store distribution, coverage, and planogram compliance.
• Lead top-to-top meetings with key retail and e-commerce customers.
• Build a high-performing, capable sales and logistics team and drive automation and dashboards.
• Oversee logistics for high fill rates, on-time delivery, and B2C fulfilment.
• Assist CEO in expanding principals, channels, and regional growth.
