Job summary

Libeara is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to own the end-to-end technology vision, platform architecture, and engineering execution for its compliance-first on-chain tokenisation infrastructure. You will lead a senior team of engineers and external vendors, shaping regulated, scalable, production-grade systems that meet regulatory and enterprise standards.

Reporting to the CEO and coordinating with SC Ventures, you’ll drive technology strategy across custody, tokenisation, and KYC

Qualifications

15+ years building and scaling complex digital platforms in fast-moving environments
5+ years leading Engineering teams and owning solution architecture for mission-critical systems
Deep experience with blockchain infrastructure, smart-contracts, or distributed ledgers, ideally in regulated contexts
Hands-on experience with custody platforms, tokenisation workflows, and KYC/AML integrations
Strong background in service-based and microservices architectures, with event-driven or distributed systems
Solid understanding of application security, cryptographic key management, data protection, and regulatory expectations
Experience with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and modern deployment pipelines
Startup or scale-up experience; comfortable in regulated, scaling environments; Web3 exposure is mandatory

Responsibilities

OwnLibeara’s technology strategy, architecture, and engineering standards across the full stack
Lead backend, blockchain, platform, and front-end delivery
Translate regulated capital-markets workflows into scalable on-chain systems
Coordinate external vendors (Vietnam-based) to ensure quality and alignment with Libeara’s standards
