GlaxoSmithKline Pte Ltd is launching the Chemical Engineering Graduate Programme – 2027 Intake in Singapore. This two-year rotation-based programme develops your knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing, digital data, and sustainability initiatives, with mentoring and cross-functional exposure at GSK Jurong.

You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering, fluent in English, and be available to start July 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Fluency in English required for written and spoken communication.
• Graduation date by June/July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing exposure across production processes and equipment.
• Explore innovative technologies across the production lifecycle.
• Develop understanding of risk, compliance and GMP in manufacturing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and supply chain.
• Apply DMAIC/Lean Six Sigma methods to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize data analytics and visualization to support decision making.
• Lead sustainability and process improvements through data analysis.
• Contribute to smart manufacturing initiatives and digital solutions.

On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

What will you do?

• Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: Gain hands-on exposure to production processes, manufacturing systems, and equipment performance.
• Explore Innovative Technologies: Work with cutting-edge technologies and understand the entire pharmaceutical production lifecycle.
• Risk and Compliance: Develop understanding of risk management and compliance critical to manufacturing operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Discover how manufacturing, quality, engineering, technical services, and supply chain functions work together to get products to our patients.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma) to enhance the efficiency of manufacturing equipment and processes.
