The Attach and Train Programme (AnT) is a structured talent development programme designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for Singapore’s advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, supporting both current and future workforce needs. As a trainee, you will go through a 15-month structured on-the-job training programme with GSK, gaining hands‑on experience, industry‑relevant skills, and mentorship from experienced professionals in a world‑leading biopharmaceutical environment. We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and mid‑career individuals who are passionate about developing a career in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector. Role Description:

• Ensure all data supporting the analytical method are accurate and able to take correct actions to address the issue
• Contribute to the plans for the implementation of new testing technologies and methods
• Able to understand and assess the change analytical assessment that may have an impact on product quality, validation and/or current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance
• Lead or participate in investigation arising from laboratory investigation, incidents recommendations remedial actions for follow-up
• Draft, review and update appropriate laboratory documents such as testing protocol, procedures, analytical methods and guidelines relating to GMP and operational framework of the laboratory
• Updated with pharmacopeial and other health agencies guidelines
• Ensures that all manufacturing raw materials / non‑routine samples and products are analyzed and tested according to the stipulated quality requirements

Education / Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or relevant field of study
