THE HAPPY FLOWERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Western Chef/Chef de Partie/Demi Chef to join its kitchen team.

You will manage an assigned section, prepare pasta, grilled meats, seafood, burgers, salads, soups and sauces, and ensure consistency of Western dishes during busy service. You must have 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Western cuisine and techniques, a solid grasp of food hygiene, stock rotation and sanitation, and the ability to work under pressure, weekends, and public

Formación

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Western Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or in a similar kitchen position.
• Good knowledge of international Western cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Experience preparing items such as pasta, grilled meats, seafood, burgers, salads, soups, sauces, and other Western dishes.
• Able to manage an assigned kitchen section independently.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, food safety, stock rotation, and kitchen sanitation.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
• Strong attention to food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and portion control.
• Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the duty roster.
• Food Safety Course certification is preferred.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore.
