Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD., a well-known steakhouse in Singapore, is hiring a Chef de Partie to manage a designated kitchen station (grill, meat, or hot kitchen).

You will prepare steaks, sauces, and sides to recipes and standards, ensuring quality, portion control, presentation, and consistency. Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, monitoring stock levels and wastage, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and coordinating with the team to meet high service standards.

Qualifications

• Chef de partie experience required in western steakhouse cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of grill, meat, sauces, and side dishes.
