Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking capable kitchen staff for our Central Region healthcare-related operations.

You will maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment, prepare and cook dishes according to menu and standards, and ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations. You will monitor temperatures, keep records, ensure menu items are available, and assist with menu planning and weekly service meetings.

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu and required standards.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor food and refrigerator temperatures and maintain records.
• Ensure menu items are available throughout service.
• Assist with menu planning and weekly service meetings.
• Oversee kitchen operations and staff when senior chefs are unavailable.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sous Chef or Unit Manager
