• Work closely with management to develop and enhance food menu.
• Development and compliance of SOP’s for operational consistency in the kitchen.
• Other ad hoc task assigned by management.

Monthly Salary: UP to $3800 (Negotiable)

Working Address: East Coast

Working Hours: 5.5 days a week.

10.30am - 2.30pm | 5.30pm - 10.30pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain high level of kitchen hygiene and food quality
• Prepare authentic Japanese dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain food quality and freshness
• Work closely with management to develop and enhance food menu
• Development and compliance of SOP’s for operational consistency in the kitchen
• Other ad hoc task assigned by management
