Job summary

NPS RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a kitchen cook to prepare meals following established recipes.

You will handle ingredients, prep dishes like Chettinad specialties and South Indian staples, and assist other cooks while maintaining clean work areas. A fast-paced delivery of meals per customer requirements is expected. The role requires adherence to health and safety procedures and flexibility to work shifts with rotating weekly offs.

Responsibilities

• Need prepare meals and follow establishment recipes.
• Responsible to prepare ingredients and adhering to the restaurant menu.
• Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff
• To prepare authentic Chettinad cuisine, all varieties of Biryani
• Experience in South Indian varieties of food - Prata, Idly, Dosa, Varieties rice, appam, pakora, vadai, all varieties of Chutney
• Responsible to deliver food in a fast-paced as per customer requirement.
• Willing to work in any shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Need to follow food health and safety procedures.
