NPS RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a cook to prepare authentic Chettinad cuisine and South Indian dishes in a fast-paced dining environment. You will follow established recipes, prepare ingredients, and assist fellow kitchen staff while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires flexibility for shifts and adherence to health and safety procedures, with duties including meal preparation, food handling, and timely serving of customer orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing South Indian dishes.
• Knowledge of authentic Chettinad cuisine.
• Proficiency in handling food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following established recipes.
• Prepare ingredients and adhere to the restaurant menu.

• Deliver food quickly per customer requirements.
• Willing to work in shifts with rotational weekly offs.

• Responsible to deliver food in a fast-paced as per customer requirement.
• Willing to work in any shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Need to follow food health and safety procedures.
