Job summary

NPS RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a cook to prepare meals following established recipes and to assist with ingredient prep in a busy Singapore kitchen.

Role focuses on authentic Chettinad dishes and South Indian specialties such as Prata, Idly, Dosa, and various chutneys. You will maintain cleanliness, follow health and safety procedures, and work rotating shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Chettinad cuisine and South Indian dishes is preferred.
• Ability to follow established recipes accurately.
• Willingness to work in shifts and rotational offs.

Responsibilities

• Need prepare meals and follow establishment recipes.
• Responsible to prepare ingredients and adhering to the restaurant menu.
• Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff.
• To prepare authentic Chettinad cuisine, all varieties of Biryani
• Experience in South Indian varieties of food - Prata, Idly, Dosa, Varieties rice, appam, pakora, vadai, all varieties of Chutney
• Responsible to deliver food in a fast-paced as per customer requirement.
• Willing to work in any shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Need to follow food health and safety procedures.
