Job summary

SUMMER HAUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Chinese chef specializing in Sichuan and Hunan cuisine to join our kitchen team in Singapore. The role focuses on preparing and cooking signature dishes, managing wok stations, and maintaining high quality and presentation.

Candidates should be able to work under pressure, be fast and reliable, and contribute as a cooperative team member in a six-day work week with meals provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sichuan or Hunan cuisine preferred.
• Able to handle wok station independently (炒锅).
• Fast, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Sichuan / Hunan dishes (stir-fry, spicy dishes, etc.).
• Handle wok cooking independently.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
