Job summary

ANGLESEY EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a outlet operations assistant to support the manager in daily tasks at our Singapore location. You will ensure guest needs are met and promote promotional items, while handling cash in the manager's absence.

You will also coach staff, manage opening and closing routines, report operational issues, maintain cleanliness, and oversee inventory to ensure smooth outlet performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager/assistant manager in the daily operations of the outlet.
• Ensure guest needs are taken care of and recommend them promotional items.
• Responsible and accountable for all cash amounts within the outlet in the absence of the manager.
• Coach and train existing and new staff.
• Responsible for proper opening and closing of the outlet.
• Provide feedback to the manager on any operational issues.
• Responsible for outlet upkeep and cleanliness.
• Responsible for inventory management.
