Job summary

InternSG in Singapore is seeking an Agent Operations Intern to support onboarding, reactivation, and channel programs within the Agent/Channel Management unit, gaining hands-on experience in a global education business.

The role includes assisting with onboarding and reactivation processes, supporting the Partner Program and Agent Registration, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams; geographical scope includes Singapore, Malaysia or Noida.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Interest in B2B sales, channel operations, or business operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Lead and team in day-to-day operations within the Agent/Channel Management unit.
• Assist with processes for new agent onboarding and agent reactivation, under guidance from the team.
• Help support the execution of channel programs, including the Partner Program and Agent Registration.
• Help ensure compliance with internal and external policies, and flag opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building exposure to different parts of the business
