Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. invites a customer-service focused candidate to join our team at Changi Airport as a passenger assistance agent.

You will help at FAST kiosks and self-service bag drops, guide travelers, and ensure a smooth check-in through security and lounge areas. The role includes assisting arrival and departure movements, coordinating with ground handling teams, and providing a friendly, professional experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required - training will be provided.
• Customer service, concierge, retail or hospitality experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and PH.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers at FAST kiosks and self-service bag drop counters, providing guidance and support when required.
• Assist foreign crew members from the airport upon arrival to their designated hotel, and from the hotel back to the airport for departure.
• Guide passengers from check-in through security screening, immigration/passport control and lounge areas.
• Assist with arrival and departure gate handling, including passenger coordination and boarding-related activities.
• Ensure passengers and crew receive a smooth, friendly and professional service experience throughout their journey.
• Coordinate with relevant airport and ground handling teams to ensure smooth passenger movement and operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
