Job summary

eTeam in Singapore is seeking an Organization Enablement Specialist (Communications) to drive transformation by helping teams, leaders, and suppliers understand and adopt new ways of working. You will craft strategies across change communications, digital media, storytelling, and video production.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will create narratives, campaigns, and assets; manage calendars; and measure impact.

Qualifications

3–5 years in communications, employee engagement, change management, digital media, marketing communications, or related fields.
Experience creating communication campaigns, video content, visual storytelling, and multimedia assets.
Strong writing, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and change communication skills.
Proficiency in digital content creation, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled communication technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute communication strategies that support large-scale digital transformation, process standardization, organizational change, and technology adoption initiatives.
Create change narratives that clearly explain what is changing, why it matters, and how individuals will be impacted.
Drive awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption through targeted communication campaigns and reinforcement activities.
