Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to direct the group’s finance function, oversee financial control, reporting, planning, taxation and treasury, and manage relationships with auditors and external stakeholders.

You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to drive financial performance, strategic planning and funding decisions, while enhancing governance standards as the business scales. Prior listed-company and IPO/ fundraising exposure is highly valued.

Formación

• CA, CPA, ACCA is required.
• At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, with exposure to senior responsibilities in a listed company.
• Experience in automotive, retail, distribution or other high-volume commercial businesses.
• Strong grounding in SFRS, consolidation, statutory reporting, taxation, treasury and financial controls.
• Experience working with senior management, Board-level stakeholders and external auditors; exposure to IPO, RTO, fundraising or other corporate transactions.
