Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of professional swimming coaching experience with children and adults.
• Certified Swimming Coach or equivalent certification.
• Strong skills in stroke technique, water confidence, and lesson planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured swimming lessons for all levels.
• Develop stroke technique and water confidence with progressive drills.
• Assess swimmers and adapt coaching methods.
• Maintain safe training environment and enforce water-safety standards.
• Supervise pool facilities and ensure safety.
• Respond to emergencies and support rescue and first-aid.
• Communicate with swimmers and stakeholders; lead coaching groups.
• Track attendance and progress; contribute to program development.
• Create camps and business opportunities through camps and programmes.
• Foster synergy between groups and learner segments.
