Job summary

AIIB seeks a proven leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the MCDF Secretariat. Reporting to the Coordination Committee and Governing Committee, the CEO will manage daily operations and drive transparency, accountability, and high-quality infrastructure investment standards across MCDF activities.

• Experience with international development finance or infrastructure programmes.
• Proven ability to build and manage diverse partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead MCDF Secretariat to fulfill its functions per MCDF Governing Instrument.
• Oversee collaboration with IFIs, partners and stakeholders to promote high‑quality infrastructure investments.
• Ensure reporting, transparency and accountability across programming, funding and operations.
