Job summary

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking an Investment Officer to lead and support NSBF investments globally. The role emphasizes client relationship management with private-sector sponsors in infrastructure, cross‑department collaboration, and rigorous financial analysis.

The candidate should have substantial experience in debt, private equity, and capital markets and be adept at coordinating multi-party due diligence.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in finance, economics, development studies, and/or related fields, or a bachelor’s degree supported by strong practical experience.
Experience structuring solutions across debt, private equity and funds, and/or capital market instruments.
Strong financial, analytical, and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on projects and clients.
Support the origination and be the driver of the execution of investment projects.
Identify, assess, and structure investment opportunities and maintain a strong project pipeline.
Lead project teams including legal, technical, and safeguard specialists during due diligence and approvals.
Lead financial modeling efforts and analyze financial statements.
Prepare client meetings, presentations, memos, and reports.
