Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Banker to lead and expand its Infrastructure franchise across ASEAN markets. You will originate, structure, and execute M&A, ECM, and bespoke financing solutions for infrastructure clients from energy to digital assets.

The role requires deep sector knowledge, collaboration with product and coverage teams, and a proven track record in managing complex transactions end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• MBA or CFA qualifications are advantageous for senior roles.
• Minimum 10–15 years of investment banking experience with a focus on infrastructure.
• Proven track record in originating and executing M&A and ECM transactions.
• Experience structuring complex financing solutions across capital structures.
• Strong ASEAN regional exposure; global transaction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Investment Banking – Corporate Finance client coverage for infrastructure corporates and sponsors.
• Originate and drive new business across M&A, ECM, debt and structured financing.
• Advise senior clients on valuation, capital structure, funding strategies, and market conditions.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of infrastructure transactions including due diligence and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Sustainability, and project finance teams to deliver holistic solutions.
