Job summary

TRANSFINITE AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an accomplished executive to shape and execute the company’s growth strategy focused on Physical AI, robotics, and AI data solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex AI-enabled offerings and manage critical client relationships globally.

You will drive corporate strategy, partnerships, budgeting, and performance management, while guiding multidisciplinary teams through rapid technological change and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Extensive senior management experience in technology, AI, robotics, software, data services, or other tech-driven businesses.
• Proven experience in corporate strategy, business development, commercial management, and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of AI-related business models and the commercial application of data, ML, Physical AI, robotics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex technology or data-driven projects.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, business planning, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to develop business relationships with international customers, technology partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify new market opportunities and lead rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Company's overall business strategy with a focus on Physical AI, robotics, AI data solutions, and model development support services.
• Provide leadership and management of the Company's operations to achieve strategic, commercial, financial and operational goals.
• Lead development and commercialization of AI-related solutions, including data preparation, pipelines, model validation, and data operations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key customer relationships in Singapore and international markets.
• Engage with developers, robotics companies, technology partners, and enterprise customers to understand requirements and deliver commercial solutions.
• Oversee major client projects and coordinate between technical, data, operations, and business development teams.
• Establish annual business plans, revenue targets, operating budgets, and KPIs; monitor performance.
• Represent the Company in negotiations with customers, partners, investors, advisers, and other stakeholders.

Job description

Job Duties

• Develop and execute the Company's overall business strategy, corporate direction, and growth plans, with a focus on Physical AI, robotics, AI data solutions, and model development support services.
• Provide overall leadership and management of the Company's business operations, ensuring that strategic, commercial, financial, and operational objectives are achieved.
• Lead the development and commercialization of AI-related solutions and services, including data preparation, data pipelines, model validation, and data operations supporting Physical AI and robotics applications.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key customer relationships in Singapore and international markets.
• Engage with Physical AI developers, robotics companies, technology partners, and enterprise customers to understand business requirements and develop appropriate commercial solutions.
• Oversee major client projects and ensure effective coordination between technical, data, operations, and business development teams.
• Establish annual business plans, revenue targets, operating budgets, and key performance indicators, and monitor the Company's financial and operational performance.
• Represent the Company in negotiations with customers, business partners, investors, professional advisers, and other key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, or a related discipline;
• Extensive senior management experience, preferably in technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, software, data services, or other technology-driven businesses.
