Job summary

Eshkol Valley Yishun is seeking a childcare principal to provide strong leadership, oversee the centre, and ensure delivery of a quality curriculum in a well-run operation at Yishun Ave 6.

You will lead staff development, monitor daily operations, and stay updated with government regulations and the SPARK quality framework. The role requires ECDA registration and a valid L2 certification, plus strong communication skills and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma/leadership certification in early childhood education.
• ECDA registration required and L2 certification attained.
• First-aid certificate recognised by ECDA.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent
• Registered with ECDA and attained a L2 certification
• Principals with SPARK 2.0 experience will be preferred.
• Possess valid certificate in first aid recognised by ECDA
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
