Job summary

SG Her Empowerment (SHE) Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Centre Manager to oversee SHECARES, guiding strategic direction and operational execution while ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, client-centred care for diverse communities.

The role leads a multidisciplinary team and may provide clinical supervision to counsellors, strengthening governance, service delivery, and staff development in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in social service, counselling, family violence, or community settings.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong operational planning and service delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, administration and strategic development of SHECARES.
• Oversee multidisciplinary team and supervise staff.
• Provide clinical supervision to counsellors when needed.
• Ensure trauma-informed, client-centred care and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, audit readiness and compliance.
• Represent SHECARES in meetings and partnerships.
