Job summary

Gakken Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Manager (Operations & Teaching) in Singapore to oversee daily operations, teaching delivery and business development for the Cineleisure centre.

You will lead instructors, manage enrolments, coordinate schedules and inventory, and ensure high teaching standards while delivering excellent parental service. Willingness to work weekends and liaise with parents is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in teaching, education or enrichment centre operations.
• Experience in supervision and centre management is an advantage.
• Willingness to conduct lessons and work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the learning centre and staff.
• Plan class schedules and manage enrollments.
• Lead instructors and ensure teaching quality.
• Engage with parents and manage inquiries and enrolments.
• Monitor inventory and centre resources.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.
