Responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, sending purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing wastage while coordinating with restaurants to align demand and procurement decisions.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best pricing, quality, and service
• Send orders to suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing requirements
• Work with central kitchen team and restaurants on the demand to make procurement decisions
• Monitor central kitchen inventory levels and minimize wastage
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
