Job summary

Greendot Gourmet Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated outlet cook to prepare all dishes served at our outlets, manage food ordering and cash handling, and assist in manpower scheduling to support smooth operations and profitability.

You will lead training to ensure consistent quality and safety standards while working in a dynamic, plant-based kitchen focused on local-inspired meals and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Cook all dishes served in the outlets, including noodles and burgers, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Prepare food ingredients and components according to established recipes and safety standards
• Manage ordering of all food and supply items to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimize manpower coverage and operational efficiency
• Oversee outlet profit and loss (P&L) performance by monitoring costs and sales
• Guide and train new staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality standards
• Handle banking of cash receipts accurately and timely to maintain financial integrity
• Manage petty cash and oversee all outlet purchases to control expenses and support operations
