The Central Kitchen Operations & Procurement Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, inventory control, and cost efficiency. This role supports the central kitchen supplies to restaurants and outlets by ensuring timely supply of ingredients and optimizing purchasing processes.
