Job summary

Yellow Ribbon Industries Pte Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee planning, coordination and performance of kitchen operations, ensuring safe, high-quality and cost-effective food services that meet contractual requirements.

You will drive operational excellence by coordinating performance, production planning, supply chain, quality assurance, and compliance across all institutional kitchen operations, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with supervisory or team management experience.
• Relevant management and planning experience in F&B industry.
• Minimally 3 years' experience in customer service, operations coordination, account management.
• Experience in operations or service delivery management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with hands-on data reporting and KPI tracking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive problem-solver with ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support the Deputy/Assistant General Manager in performance reviews, budget monitoring and management reporting.
• Develop and monitor performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational and business performance.
• Analyse operational data such as production output, wastages, manpower utilisation, and service feedback.
• Provide recommendations for improvement in operational performance, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and food safety standards, e.g. SFA policies, HACCP, ISO.
• Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives, audit plans and inspection schedules.
• Monitor and track corrective actions arising from audits and non-conformance findings.
• Lead or participate in strategic initiatives to enhance systems and business performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the Kitchen Planning & Insights team.
