• Quality Control & Compliance: Strictly adhere to quality control SOPs, such as precisely measuring and weighing food items using designated weighing scales.
• Hygiene, Sanitation & Maintenance: Maintain clean, sanitary, and hygienic conditions across all food preparation areas. Thoroughly wash and sanitize kitchen appliances, work surfaces, equipment, and floors following sanitation schedules.
