ALTI FOOD SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated kitchen helper to prepare, cook and process food according to company recipes and daily production needs. You will handle washing, cutting, portioning and marinating ingredients, and help ensure timely daily outputs.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, follow SOPs, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, and a willingness to learn is essential.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a kitchen, central kitchen or food preparation environment is preferred.
• Basic cooking and food preparation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness practices.

Mansioni

• Prepare, cook and process food according to the company's recipes, standards and daily production requirements.
• Handle food preparation, including washing, cutting, portioning and marinating ingredients.
• Prepare proteins, vegetables, sauces, dressings and other food items for daily outlet operations.
• Ensure food is cooked properly and consistently according to the required quality standards.
• Monitor food stock, freshness and expiry dates to minimise wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including workstations, equipment and storage areas.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene and food handling procedures.
• Assist with packing, labelling and arranging food items for delivery to outlets.
• Ensure daily production is completed on time according to the production schedule.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
