You will maintain records of recipes and production, ensure quality and hygiene, and support inventory management and stock checks. Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook processed food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Prepare and cook staff meals for central kitchen.
• Maintain accurate records of recipes, production processes, and ingredient specifications.
• Ensure consistency and quality of food served for staff meals.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining discipline, cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies.
• Assist in bi-monthly stock take.
