Qualifications

• Good administrative and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to carry out field work daily.
• Willingness to work after office hours, on weekends and public holidays, and in after-death environments.
• A self-driven and independent nature with drive for improvement.
• A valid Class 3 driving licence is required to drive the department's vehicle for site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee private and government exhumation and ensure contractor compliance.
• Carry out preparatory works: ground survey, verify documents, plot layout, validate burial records before exhumation.
• Carry out site inspections at CCK Cemetery and other closed cemetery grounds.
• Participate in Qing Ming operations, 7th month and other festival operations at CCK Cemetery complex.
• Attend to public feedback and enquiries, handle customers, and make recommendations on challenging cases.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
