Job summary

AHR CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to join our construction team in Singapore.

The role requires reading construction drawings and leading installation teams on site to plan and execute works in line with the project schedule. You will plan manpower deployment, ensure efficient use of materials, oversee on-site works, and resolve technical issues while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

• Able to read construction drawings.
• To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;
• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;
• To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;
• To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.
• To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
• Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
