Job summary

V-CREATOR ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor for construction sites in Singapore. You will supervise daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to specifications, and maintain safety programmes.

The role requires extensive experience in construction supervision, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented, results-driven attitude. You will interact with clients and design teams while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years of construction supervision experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage site operations and subcontractors.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor on a construction site.
• Ensure high-quality work is produced in line with specifications via regular inspections with sub-contractors.
• Oversee daily operations at site and supervise day-to-day activities of subcontractors.
• Ensure timely material requisitions to meet the Construction Programme.
• Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials weekly to keep work on programme.
• Ensure workers comply with safety measures and implement the work safety programme.
• Report to Project Director and assist as Temporary Works Co-Ordinator when required.
• Liaise with Sub-Contractors Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor on cost control, waste, variations and instructions.
• Maintain good relations with clients, design teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and assist in transporting workers to sites.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. 1. To carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in a Construction site.
2. 2. Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
3. 3. To oversee daily operation at site. Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
4. 4. Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme.
5. 5. Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis. Ensure all work is completed to programme.
6. 6. To ensure that workers comply with all safety measures required. Require to carry out the effective implementation of work safety programme.
7. 7. Report and assist Project Director and relevant Personnel. Fulfil the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator when required.
8. 8. Liaise with sub-contractors Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
9. 9. Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbours as well as any other stakeholders.
10. 10. Responsible for the upkeep of documentation on project matters Assist to ferry workers to respective sites.

• Related Construction Supervisor Experience more than 8years.
