Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the daily construction activities on site to meet project progress, safety and quality goals.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environment regulations.
• Manage and supervise direct workers and sub-contractors to ensure project completion within budget and timeframe.
• Workforce planning for in-house workers.
• Coordinate with consultants, RE/RTO and in-house technical team to resolve onsite discrepancies.
• Foresee the construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues.
• Attend subcontractors and client progress meeting.
• Manage and plan site’s materials and equipment delivery and storage so as to ensure proper and economical use.
• Coordinate and manage the daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.
