Job summary

NEW STAR SOLUTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an on-site supervisor to support project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily site operations in Singapore.

The role involves leading workers, ensuring safety rules, addressing defects, and assisting with A&A works on assigned building projects. Candidates should hold recognized certificates; 1–2 years of construction experience are preferred, but those with no experience may also apply.

Qualifications

• Recognized or related work skill certificates.
• 1–2 years construction experience, or no experience welcome.
• Ability to lead & supervise workers on site and coordinate sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project on-site matters.
• Work on building projects assigned.
• Handle maintenance and defects, A&A works.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Lead & supervise workers on site.
• Comply with site works and safety regulations.
• Daily ferrying of workers to/from dormitory to site.
• Supervise direct workforce on day-to-day operations.
• Perform other duties as directed by Management.

Supervisor

• comply with the site works and safety regulations and rules
• daily ferrying workers to-&-fro from dormitory to site

• any other works as & when directed by the Management or your Superior

Requirements:
