Job summary

HJC ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee field installation activities across projects. You will read drawings, plan manpower, allocate materials, and ensure works progress according to schedule.

Coordinate with main and sub-contractors, maintain safety standards on site, report progress to the project team, and resolve technical issues to meet deadlines; outdoor work is required on Mondays to Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Able to read construction drawings and understand steel, aluminum, glass works.
• Lead installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule.
• Plan manpower deployment required for the site works.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials, and consumables for our construction sites.
• Oversee site works and resolve technical issues/difficulties that may arise.
• Ensure works comply with safe work procedures.
• Report to project team on site work progress.
• Liaise with main or sub-contractors for coordination, installation, and feedback.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of Steel, Alum glass etc.
• To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;
• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction sites;
• To oversee the site works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise;
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
• To report to project team on site work progress;
• To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation, able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.
• Experienced to settle complex site problem in time to meet completion deadline.
• To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
• Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
• Above 15 years related site supervised experience.
